Plumbing Service Manager
Tampa, FL | The Clean Plumbers
$80,000 – $100,000 per year (based on experience) | Paid Weekly

The Clean Plumbers is hiring an experienced Plumbing Service Manager to lead our team of technicians and oversee daily plumbing service operations in the Tampa area. This role is ideal for a strong leader with plumbing industry experience who is passionate about developing technicians, improving service performance, and delivering excellent customer service.

Lead, support, and manage a team of plumbing service technicians

Coordinate technician schedules with dispatch to meet customer demand

Inspect completed work to ensure quality, safety, and code compliance

Train and mentor technicians on service techniques and best practices

Monitor service performance, productivity, and department goals

Ensure proper truck stock, parts ordering, and equipment readiness

Communicate with vendors regarding warranties and product issues

Collaborate with leadership to improve service operations

5+ years of leadership experience in the plumbing industry

Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems, service operations, and codes

Proven team leadership and technician development skills

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Service Titan experience preferred

Valid driver’s license

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Full-time
, in‑office schedule (Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM) with availability while technicians are on jobs and participation in a rotating manager on-call schedule.
