Assist in retaining customers by fulfilling the company’s obligations through the timely and effective delivery of restoration services.

• Perform all water damage mitigation and restoration services the company offers.
• Communicate effectively with customers.
• Perform basic equipment and vehicle maintenance.
• Inspect completed work.
• Complete the technician’s daily log.
• Complete work orders and restoration documentation.
• Maintain appearance and stock of tools, materials, and supplies in company vehicles.
• Maintain inventory of related supplies.

• Education and Experience: High school diploma (or GED).
• Mathematical
  
  Skills:
  
  Adequate math skills to determine appropriate equipment type and quantity.
• Computer
  
  Skills:
  
  Basic proficiency in computers, email, and portable devices used for reporting and record‑keeping.
• Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations: Certification in performing appropriate services:
  Water Mitigation, Mold, etc.
