The Role:As a Lead Service Technician, you aren’t just fixing units; you are the "face" of our technical expertise. You will handle complex diagnostics, mentor junior techs, and ensure every customer receives the "Gould Standard" of service.
Responsibilities:- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems (including AC, heating, and indoor air quality components).
- Perform thorough preventative maintenance and system tune-ups.
- Lead and mentor junior technicians, providing technical guidance in the field.
- Communicate clearly with homeowners regarding system issues and repair vs. replacement options.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully-stocked service vehicle.
- Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency services.
- Minimum 5 years of hands‑on HVAC service experience (Required).
- EPA 608 Certification (Universal ).
- Strong knowledge of electrical schematics, refrigeration cycles, and airflow.
- Valid Florida Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Excellent customer service skills—must be approachable, respectful, and professional.
- Ability to work in Florida conditions (attics, crawl spaces, and high heat).
