• 2+ years in commercial HVAC; refrigeration experience is a big plus.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, and heating principles and proficiency in reading schematics and work plans.
• Basic technology skills – navigating mobile apps and documentation with ease.
• Dexterity for tasks such as connecting electrical components and making precise measurements.
• High‑energy, skilled technician passionate about HVAC/R.
