If you're a seasoned foreman ready to lead or a commercial roofer looking for steady work and long-term growth, we want you on our team!

• Install and repair Torch-down and TPO commercial roofing systems (as well as coatings, single-ply, built-up, and more)
• Safely remove existing roofing and prepare surfaces for new materials
• Set up and maintain safety equipment, ladders, and scaffolds
• Lead or assist crews in day-to-day commercial roofing operations
• Ensure high-quality work is delivered on time and within budget
• Keep job sites safe, clean, and organized

• Foremen: Proven leadership on commercial projects; ability to manage crews & ensure OSHA compliance
• Roofers/Laborers: Skilled in Torch and TPO applications
• Must be dependable, safety-minded, and able to work in Florida's weather conditions
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work at heights
• Strong work ethic and teamwork are essential
