We're expanding in the Tampa market and looking for skilled Commercial Roofing Crews and experienced Foremen with Torch and TPO system experience. If you're a seasoned foreman ready to lead or a commercial roofer looking for steady work and long-term growth, we want you on our team!
What You'll Do- Install and repair Torch-down and TPO commercial roofing systems (as well as coatings, single-ply, built-up, and more)
- Safely remove existing roofing and prepare surfaces for new materials
- Set up and maintain safety equipment, ladders, and scaffolds
- Lead or assist crews in day-to-day commercial roofing operations
- Ensure high-quality work is delivered on time and within budget
- Keep job sites safe, clean, and organized
- Foremen: Proven leadership on commercial projects; ability to manage crews & ensure OSHA compliance
- Roofers/Laborers: Skilled in Torch and TPO applications
- Must be dependable, safety-minded, and able to work in Florida's weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work at heights
- Strong work ethic and teamwork are essential
