Commercial HVAC Installer

• Pay ranging from $25.00 to $35.00 per hour, based on experience

• Lead the installation of commercial HVAC systems throughout the Tampa, FL area and surrounding communities

• Coordinate installation activities to help ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to specifications

• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and project documentation

• Support and guide installation team members on job sites

• Install HVAC equipment, ductwork, and related components in commercial and industrial environments

• Maintain compliance with company safety standards and job site requirements

• Communicate with project managers, customers, and team members regarding project progress and job site needs

• Troubleshoot installation challenges and help keep projects on schedule

• At least 3 years of HVAC installation experience

• Commercial HVAC installation experience preferred

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

• Ability to provide and use basic hand tools

• Reliable transportation

• High school diploma or GED

• Ability to work in commercial and industrial environments, including restaurants, retail locations, and industrial facilities

• Ability to safely lift, carry, and move equipment as required for the position
