Can You Run a Move Without Supervision?

Pink Zebra Moving of Tampa is looking for an experienced Household Goods Moving Team Lead who can manage residential moves from start to finish while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

This is not an entry-level mover position.

We are looking for someone who already knows how to:

• Properly wrap and protect furniture
• Pack fragile household items safely
• Load and unload trucks efficiently
• Prevent damage to customer belongings and homes
• Lead a moving crew on-site
• Communicate professionally with customers
• Solve problems independently throughout the move

• Lead residential and commercial moving crews
• Conduct walk-throughs with customers
• Protect homes and furnishings
• Pack, load, transport, and unload household goods
• Train and mentor newer movers
  
  Complete moves safely, efficiently, and professionally
• Deliver a five-star customer experience on every job

• Experience leading small teams
• Knowledge of furniture protection techniques
• Knowledge of proper packing procedures for household goods
• Knowledge of truck loading and weight distribution
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the day
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Experience as a Foreman, Crew Leader, Driver, or Operations Lead for a moving company
• Experience with interstate or long-distance moves
• Experience training other movers
