Your challenge with us:

Following the retirement of one of our employees, we are looking for our future Technicien de travaux multitechnique et tous corps d'état H/F. You join the teams of our Nouvelle Aquitaine agency. With more than 80 employees, our teams ensure the maintenance of installations in all building technical fields (ELEC, HVAC, PLB, CFO, Cfa…) under the responsibility of the site manager, in compliance with safety procedures and current standards.

Your main missions are:

- Intervention for the reconditioning/replacement of installations on all technical lots of the building (ELEC, HVAC, PLB, CFO, Cfa…), under the responsibility of the site manager, in compliance with safety procedures and current standards;

- Participate in the identification of needs to participate in the costing of works with the works manager;

- Carry out works of all trades (TCE) / second work (false ceiling, partitions, painting, interior and exterior joinery, locksmithing, flooring…);

- Collection of needs on the different sites of TCE works then costing of works for realization in-house or in subcontracting;

- Piloting and accompanying subcontractors, reception of interventions and works;

- Management of supplies and orders

And if we talk about you?

You have at least 3 years of experience in multitechnical works. You have your electrical qualifications, ideally  /BC.

You are a force of proposals and participate in the elaboration of estimates to meet the needs of our clients.

Your client relationship skills, your autonomy, and your rigor are your assets to succeed in this position!
