HVAC Installer

Overview

Uplifting Air is looking for motivated, upbeat team members for our HVAC install team.

We are a smaller, locally owned and operated business that offers great opportunity to our employees. We are not a large chain – you have direct contact with the boss every day. We pay competitively, based on experience. We offer benefits such as: health insurance, dental, PTO (you accrue paid time off) and 401K. We also have other divisions of service, which include generators and electrical.

• Has good communication skills with the customer and the rest of the team
• Installs new equipment and removes the old
• Installs new or changes out duct work at existing and new homes
• Fills in for other team members in our other divisions when needed

• Basic hand tools
• Background check and/or drug test
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Agreeable attitude and reliability
