Apartment Maintenance Technician - Full Time (40+ Hours)

Schedule:
Full-time, 40 hours per week + overtime as needed On-Call:

We are seeking a dependable and skilled Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate is HVAC certified, solutions-oriented, and experienced in maintaining a multifamily community. If you take pride in your work and enjoy helping residents, this is a great opportunity.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems (certification required)
- Complete work orders efficiently and professionally
- Handle plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, and general maintenance
- Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Communicate effectively with residents and management
- Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards
- HVAC certification required
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Own basic tools
- Ability to work 40 hours per week plus overtime when needed
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in various conditions
- Apartment maintenance experience preferred
