We are seeking experienced Window Cleaning Technicians to support our residential and commercial property portfolio.
This is a 1099 contractor role offering flexible, appointment‑based scheduling. Work is assigned based on property needs, turnovers, and service requests, allowing you to accept jobs that fit your availability.
Responsibilities- Clean interior and exterior windows for residential and light commercial properties.
- Remove dirt, buildup, and streaks to deliver a clear, professional finish.
- Clean window frames, tracks, and screens as needed.
- Prepare properties for showings, tenants, or real estate listings.
- Follow safety protocols when working at heights or using ladders.
- Communicate job status, findings, and completion updates.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Prior window cleaning experience (residential and/or commercial preferred).
- Must have your own equipment (squeegees, extension poles, ladders, cleaning solutions, etc.).
- Ability to safely clean interior and exterior windows, including multi‑story properties.
- Comfortable working on ladders and at heights.
- Strong attention to detail and streak‑free finishing standards.
- Reliable, professional, and able to work independently.
