Conserv Building Services LLC is actively seeking a seasoned HVAC Technician with a minimum of 10 years of experience to join our growing team in the Tampa Bay area. We are looking for a highly skilled professional who takes pride in their workmanship, understands complex systems, and can operate independently in the field.

• Perform installation of HVAC equipment including RTUs, split systems, and specialty systems
• Execute full system change-outs from demolition to final startup
• Install and fabricate refrigeration piping systems (copper, brazing, pressure testing, evacuation)
• Install, troubleshoot, and integrate HVAC controls (thermostats, VAV systems, BAS interfaces)
• Perform system startup, commissioning, and performance verification
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control-related issues
• Read and interpret blueprints, submittals, and mechanical drawings
• Coordinate with project managers and field teams to ensure project success
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

• Minimum 10 years of HVAC field experience (commercial preferred)
• Strong knowledge of installation practices, system design, and controls
• Proven experience with refrigeration piping and brazing
• Ability to troubleshoot complex HVAC systems independently
• EPA Certification (required)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail

• Experience with Building Automation Systems (BAS)
• OSHA Certification
• Experience in clean rooms, air balancing, and commissioning
