Pay: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour base + uncapped commissions.

Schedule:

Full-time. Saturday and Sundays;
Monday-Wednesday 12:00–20:00;
Thursday and Friday off. No holiday work.

• Top-tier pay and commissions: $25–$35 per hour base plus bonuses on service and upsells, no cap.
• $2,500 sign‑on bonus and a free tool (specific tools only; pre‑approved list to choose from with items valued up to $1,000).

• Diagnose, repair, and upgrade residential plumbing systems.
• Perform high‑quality service work with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners, explain solutions, and build trust.
• Offer maintenance options and recommend services when appropriate.
• Complete accurate service tickets using mobile apps or standard forms.
• Follow safety codes and best practices in all repairs and installations.

• Minimum 3+ years of professional plumbing service experience.
• Deep knowledge of residential systems, troubleshooting, and code compliance.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Clean, valid Florida driver’s license.
• Must pass drug screen and background check.
• Relevant licenses or certifications are a big plus.
