Electrician

Job Description

• Builds raceways, pulls wire, terminates electrical runs.
• Tests and troubleshoots electrical systems.
• Reads blueprints and electrical diagrams to determine scope, layout, and requirements of the job.
• Gathers tools, materials, and equipment needed for scheduled assignments.
• Completes general paperwork as required.
• Performs general housekeeping and cleans work site when job completed.
• Performs other duties as required.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Local certifications and licenses as required.
• 4 years of related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required, frequency contingent on duties, responsibilities, and essential functions of the position, which may vary depending on workload and project demands.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

An appropriate and valid driver's license is required.

• Intermediate knowledge of electrical controls and distribution wiring.
• Intermediate ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Intermediate ability to use the various tools required for the trade.
• Basic writing and reading skills.
• Basic mathematics skills.
