• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial refrigeration systems
• Demonstrate a full understanding of refrigeration principles
• Maintain strong customer service and clear communication with clients.
• Attend periodic manufacturer training classes to stay updated on the latest technologies.
• Be available for on‑call duty as required.
• Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures.

• Minimum 5 years of commercial refrigeration experience
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Experience with BAS/DDC controls (a plus)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Solid technical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
• Universal EPA Certification
