This company is seeking a Carpenter to install and repair wooden framing for new construction and renovation projects. This role involves reading blueprints, performing rough carpentry, and working in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

Pay / Shift: First shift Monday - Friday (40 Hours) Up $32/hr (Depending on experience)

• Prior involvement in drywall-related work in conjunction with framing is beneficial.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a field team.
• Reliable transportation and readiness to bring all required tools from the first day on site.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Work Environment

This role is based on active construction sites, primarily outdoors, where conditions vary with the seasons—hot in the summer and cold in the winter. You will work around typical construction equipment and materials while performing framing and rough carpentry tasks. The standard schedule is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with work spread across multiple ongoing projects. The environment is fast-paced and physically demanding, requiring the use of personal hand and power tools each day and adherence to construction site safety practices and appropriate work attire suitable for an outdoor construction setting.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tampa, FL.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $32.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
