We actively install projects between The Villages and Tampa’s surrounding areas, and are looking for crews who can consistently service that territory.

• $200,000–$300,000+ earning potential for top-performing crews
• 1099 subcontractor position
• Steady projects year-round across Sarasota to Pasco county
• A reliable, organized operations team to support your workflow

• English proficiency is required for this opportunity.
• Ability to travel regularly and complete jobs consistently in The Villages to Tampa.
• Willingness to pick up product in St. Pete once a week.
• Must own and operate your own LLC or registered business entity.
• Must carry all required insurance before being scheduled for any jobs:
  • Workers’ Compensation coverage (exemptions are NOT accepted)
  • Auto Insurance
  • General Liability Insurance
• Attend a mandatory certification class in St. Pete, FL (Sunbelt-sponsored).
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work safely outdoors and on ladders/scaffolding.
• Lead certification is a plus but not required.
• Reliable transportation and professional demeanor.

• Prep surfaces: pressure wash, patch, sand, mask, and prime.
• Ensure consistent finish, texture, and color.
• Complete quality checks and final walkthroughs.
