Invitation Homes is seeking a Maintenance Technician II in Tampa, FL to perform high-quality repairs in single-family rental homes and deliver outstanding resident service. You will handle multiple trades, Pro Care visits, and proactive maintenance with a focus on safety and efficiency.
You should have a High School diploma or equivalent, 2–5+ years of residential maintenance, OSHA 10, valid driver’s license, and relevant certifications (EPA, HVAC, CPO).
