Duties

• Supervise and coordinate the installation, repair, and maintenance of HVAC systems
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and regulations
• Schedule and assign work to HVAC technicians
• Monitor progress and quality of work performed
• Provide technical guidance and support to HVAC technicians
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex HVAC system issues
• Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and recommend repairs or replacements
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and equipment serviced

Pay: $63,953.93 - $87,019.79 per year
