We are currently seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our team. This individual will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems in commercial and industrial facilities. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and committed to high-quality workmanship.

• Troubleshoot and repair a variety of commercial HVAC systems, including rooftop units, split systems, chillers, boilers, and controls

• Supports existing client accounts by reviewing service orders, planning efficient daily travel routes, investigating service issues, performing diagnostic tests, and resolving technical problems

• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and tune-ups to ensure peak system performance

• Accurately diagnose system issues and recommend cost-effective solutions

• Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals

• Maintains strong customer relationships by addressing concerns, providing effective solutions, recommending system enhancements, and suggesting improved service methods and best practices

• Maintain proper documentation of work orders, time logs, and equipment readings

• Ensure compliance with company safety protocols and local/state HVAC codes

• 3+ years of experience servicing commercial HVAC systems

• Experience servicing AAON units

• EPA Section 608 Certification (Type II or Universal required)

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Experience with BAS/BMS systems a plus

• High school diploma or GED; technical school or HVAC certification

• Must be able to read, analyze, and interpret sales or service orders and other business documents in English. Able to respond professionally to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests from regulatory agencies or business partners. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required to interact effectively with supervisors, customers, team members, vendors, and other stakeholders.

• Proficiency in personal computer use is essential, including email, data entry, record keeping, and general office software. Intermediate-level knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) is required. Familiarity with industry-specific platforms and databases is a plus.
