• Cross-train at other locations when needed

• Base piece rates: $350-$700 per system depending on complexity
• Drive bonuses: $50-$100 per job + mileage bonuses for distant calls
• Weekend/Holiday premium: Time and a half
• Top performers earn: $100K+ annually
