ACE Heating & Cooling is looking for a skilled and experienced Senior HVAC Technician to join our growing team in Tampa, FL! • Diagnose and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems including AC units, heat pumps, and air handlers, package units, etc
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant issues across a variety of HVAC equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance inspections and tune-ups to ensure optimal system performance
• Ensure all work meets local codes, safety standards, and manufacturer specifications
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding system issues, repairs, and recommendations

• 5+ years of hands-on HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair experience
• Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong knowledge of refrigerants, electrical systems, and HVAC controls
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in the field
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Experience with both residential and light commercial systems preferred
