Progress Residential is seeking a Service Technician II to inspect, troubleshoot and repair systems in our single-family homes. You will perform preventative maintenance, respond to service requests, and ensure safety and compliance on each property.
The role requires driving to homes, using own tools, and delivering excellent customer service, with on-call availability including weekends and evenings as needed. EPA certification and HVAC knowledge are preferred.
