We are currently hiring for multiple construction positions on commercial projects in the Tampa area. We are seeking motivated and skilled individuals to join our growing team.

Position Overview & Basic Qualifications Concrete FinisherResponsible for placing, leveling, and finishing concrete surfaces.
Qualifications:
2+ years of finishing experience preferred; ability to operate finishing tools; knowledge of curing techniques.
Builds and installs concrete formwork for structural components.
Qualifications:
Experience reading blueprints; strong measuring and layout skills; formwork experience preferred.
Lays brick and CMU block according to specifications.
Qualifications:
Masonry experience required; ability to maintain alignment and level.
Supports masonry crews by preparing materials and maintaining workflow.
Qualifications:
Construction experience preferred; ability to lift heavy materials.
Installs and ties reinforcing steel per structural drawings.
Qualifications:
Experience tying rebar; knowledge of reinforcement layouts.
Provides general labor support to all trades.
Qualifications:
Entry-level welcome; strong work ethic; ability to lift 50+ lbs.
Operates excavators, skid steers, and loaders safely and efficiently.
Qualifications:
2+ years equipment experience preferred; valid driver’s license.
Capable of welding structures, piping and steel in the field
Qualifications:
2+ years welding experience preferred; AWS or other official welding certification; valid driver’s license.

- Ability to obtain a badge to work on United States Military Bases
