MAA Rocky Point in Tampa is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance and repairs to keep apartment homes and facilities in excellent condition.
The role requires diagnosing and repairing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry issues, with a focus on preventative maintenance and resident follow-up after work is completed. EPA Type II/Universal certifications are required or obtained within 90 days of hire, and a valid Florida driver’s license is necessary.
