What’s the Job?

Perform routine and preventive maintenance on HVAC and other building systems to ensure optimal performance.
Diagnose and repair HVAC equipment, including chillers, rooftop units, and refrigerant-based systems.
Support system startups, commissioning, and upgrades to improve efficiency and reliability.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues using diagnostic tools and schematics.
Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, repairs, and refrigerant usage.

What’s Needed?

High school diploma or equivalent.
EPA Section 608 Certification (Universal).
3–5 years of hands‑on experience servicing refrigerant‑based HVAC systems.
Experience troubleshooting compressors, refrigerant circuits, and electrical components.
Knowledge of building automation systems such as Johnson Controls, Trane, Siemens, Honeywell, or Schneider.
