Commercial HVAC​/R Technician

Job description:

Total Comfort Group is a premier nationwide provider of HVAC, Electrical, and Project Management solutions, specializing in multi-site retail and commercial properties across the United States. We are currently seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC/R Technicians who can travel to job sites throughout FL.

• Competitive pay: $30.00 – $40.00 per hour, based on experience & certifications

• Service, diagnose, repair, install, and maintain commercial HVAC/R systems
• Identify system failures and recommend repair or replacement
• Perform work efficiently and in compliance with industry, safety, and company standards
• Maintain clean and organized work areas, company vehicle, and service documentation
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, dispatch, and team members
• Travel as required throughout FL.

• 3+ years commercial HVAC/R experience
• Graduate of an accredited HVAC technical program
• Strong competency with:
• Commercial HVAC (1–50 tons)
• Refrigeration systems
• Boilers
• Electrical/controls
• EPA Universal Certification required
• Valid driver’s license + clean driving record
• Must provide own hand tools, gauges, meters
• Willing to work overtime, weekends, and holidays when needed
• Ability to travel

• Ability to work in all weather conditions
• Must be able to climb, kneel, bend, crawl, lift, and stand for extended periods
• Fast‑paced commercial service environment with daily travel across the FL

Total Comfort Group has a 3+ year experience requirement, an accredited HVAC technical program graduate finish, EPA Universal Certification, and a valid driver’s license. We require a strong competency with commercial HVAC (1–50 tons), refrigeration systems, boilers, electrical/controls and a clean driving record.

You must provide your own hand tools, gauges, and meters, be willing to work overtime, weekends, and holidays when needed, and be able to travel and climb, kneel, bend, crawl, lift, and stand for extended periods. Your travel across FL will include frequent travel as required by the company.
