We're looking for hardworking, reliable Commercial Sheet Metal Helpers to assist experienced mechanics with the installation of HVAC duct systems on commercial job sites. If you enjoy hands-on work, learning new skills, and being part of a team that builds schools, hospitals, office buildings, and other large-scale facilities, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Do:Assist with the installation of sheet metal ductwork and HVAC systems
Measure, cut, and assemble sheet metal components
Load, unload, and organize tools, materials, and equipment
Help mechanics with layout, fabrication, and installation tasks
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Follow all job site safety requirements and company procedures
Learn the trade from experienced professionals and advance your career
What We're Looking For:Previous construction experience preferred but not required
Experience with sheet metal or HVAC work is a plus
Ability to use basic hand and power tools
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions
OSHA certification is a plus but not required

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tampa, FL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
