** to assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of natural gas distribution systems. This entry-level position involves physically demanding work in various weather conditions, primarily supporting skilled craftspeople.

** Job Responsibilities
- *** Perform manual labor tasks including digging trenches, shoveling, back filling, and operating hand tools.
* Assist in the installation of natural gas pipelines, services, and related infrastructure.
* Load and unload materials and equipment from trucks.
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.
* Spot for heavy equipment operators to ensure safety and accuracy.
* Perform flagging duties to control traffic around work sites.
* Assist with pipe fusion, fitting, and testing procedures as directed.
* Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
* Operate small power tools and equipment under supervision.
* Perform other duties as assigned to support project completion.
** Job Qualifications
- *** High School Diploma or GED preferred.
* Prior experience in construction, labor, or a related field is a plus, but not required.
* Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds, standing, bending, and kneeling for extended periods.
* Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions (hot, cold, wet, dry).
* Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
* Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
* Strong commitment to safety and adherence to all safety protocols.
* Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
