TLR Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Bahia Apartments to perform repairs, preventative maintenance, and unit turns for a multifamily community. Responsibilities include troubleshooting plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance issues; completing work orders; preparing vacant units for move-in; maintaining curb appeal; and supporting capital and renovation projects. The role partners closely with the property manager and leasing team to deliver excellent resident service, respond to emergencies, and ensure safety and compliance.
