What you'll do:
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and repairs on food equipment, facilities, and fixtures following established schedules and guidelines.
- Inspect, clean, and test equipment to diagnose issues and determine replacement needs to minimize future repairs.
- Utilize multiple craft skills including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry to complete major and minor repairs.
- Operate heavy machinery and powered equipment safely, conducting pre‑and post‑operation inspections.
- Manage work orders, maintenance schedules, parts ordering, and documentation in compliance with regulations.
- Respond promptly to emergency calls and participate in on‑call rotations to support critical business needs.
- Collaborate with contractors to ensure quality standards and safety requirements are met.
What you'll bring:
