Lead Commercial Kitchen & HVAC Technician
Commercial Appliance Parts & Service (CAPS) | Tampa Bay, FL
We’re looking for an experienced Lead Technician to join our Tampa Bay team. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone with strong experience in both commercial HVAC and commercial kitchen equipment.
Must Have- Valid Florida Contractor License – REQUIRED
- EPA Type II Certification or higher – REQUIRED
- Commercial HVAC experience
- Commercial kitchen equipment experience
- Previous lead or supervisory experience
- Successful completion of drug screen and criminal background screening
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Driving record must align with our safety standards
- Lead, mentor, and support service technicians
- Troubleshoot and repair commercial HVAC, refrigeration, and kitchen equipment
- Assist technicians with complex service calls and diagnostics
- Help oversee daily service operations and technician performance
- Communicate with customers and ensure quality service
- Participate in the on‑call rotation
