Plumbing Technician-Service & Installation

Premium Plumbing is hiring an experienced Plumbing Service Technician!

We’re looking for a skilled, professional service technician who knows how to diagnose plumbing problems, communicate clearly with homeowners, and confidently present repair and replacement options.

This is a customer-facing position, so we’re looking for someone who is not only a great plumber but also takes pride in providing excellent customer experience.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous residential plumbing service experience (Min 2 years’ experience)

• Commercial service experience a plus but not required

• Experience using Service Titan

• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

• Ability to thoroughly evaluate plumbing systems and identify the source of a problem

• Comfortable creating and presenting multiple repair/replacement options to customers

• Able to educate customers so they can confidently choose the solution that works best for their home and budget

• Strong communication and customer-service skills

• Professional appearance and attitude

• Organized and able to properly document jobs, estimates, photos, and notes in Service Titan

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• Ability to pass a background check

• Dependable, motivated, and able to work independently

• Takes pride in doing the job right and leaving the customer's home clean

What You'll Be Doing

You'll run residential plumbing service calls, diagnose customer concerns, inspect the plumbing system, and provide appropriate solutions.

We don't want technicians who simply walk into a home, fix the first problem they see, and leave. We want someone who can slow down, diagnose correctly, communicate what they find, and give the homeowner clear options.

You'll use Service Titan throughout the process to document the call, build estimates, present options, collect payment, and properly close out the job.

Technical ability matters, but so does how you treat people.

Our ideal technician can walk into a customer's home, build trust, ask the right questions, diagnose the problem, and explain the available solutions without making the customer feel pressured.
