We are seeking experienced Pool & Spa Service Technicians to support our residential and commercial property portfolio.
This is a 1099 contractor role offering flexible, appointment-based scheduling. Work is assigned based on recurring service needs, maintenance calls, and property requirements, allowing you to accept jobs that fit your availability.
Responsibilities Include- Perform routine pool and spa maintenance (cleaning, skimming, vacuuming, brushing)
- Test and balance water chemistry to maintain safe and clean conditions
- Inspect and service pool equipment (pumps, filters, heaters, valves)
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues
- Ensure pools and spas are properly maintained for homeowners, tenants, or listings
- Communicate job status, findings, and completion updates
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Prior pool and spa service experience (required)
- Knowledge of pool systems (pumps, filters, heaters, chlorination systems)
- Ability to test and balance water chemistry
- Must have your own tools and basic service equipment
- Understanding of safety standards and proper chemical handling
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
