Pest Control Service Professional

Responsibilities

• Building Relationships: create lifelong connections with internal and external customers, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
• Managing Your Service Route: oversee daily operations of the Universal Service Route, using time‑management skills to stay on track and complete tasks.
  • Perform residential pest control, mosquito services, and termite inspections.
  • Monitor termite bait systems.
  • Problem‑solve customer accounts for current and future needs.
  • Communicate consistently with customers to keep them informed and satisfied.
  • Collaborate with customer service, sales, and fellow service professionals for an outstanding experience.
  • Apply pest control products following label standards and safety guidelines.
• Safety First: maintain a safety‑first mindset when operating company equipment or driving the vehicle, ensuring protection for yourself and customers.

• Training pay range: $18-$20

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
• No prior experience required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license (required).
• Ability to work independently in the field and manage route‑based assignments.

• Operate a company vehicle for extended periods; travel may include short stops or longer routes between counties or service areas.
• Use a ladder within manufacturer weight capacity.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
• Work in all weather conditions.
