Lead Access Control Technician - Tampa, FL
Join Next Level Technician as a Lead Low Voltage Access Control Technician in Tampa, FL! Earn $25 - $32 per hour, enjoy weekly pay, benefits, and steady work with a national leader in low-voltage staffing.
Responsibilities:
- Install, troubleshoot, service, access control and CCTV devices
- Install door hardware (mag locks, electric strikes, etc.)
- Install, service, and troubleshoot CCTV systems
- Read and interpret access control and CCTV blueprints
- Work safely on ladders/lifts (comfortable with heights)
- Experience with manufacturers such as Bosch, Open Options, Lenel, Genetec etc is preferred. Certifications are a PLUS
Requirements:
- 5+ years of commercial installation experience (access control/CCTV)
- Working knowledge of telecom and data networks
- Programming experience in access control and CCTV a plus
- Manufacturer certifications, BICSI, Lift, and OSHA certifications a plus
- Basic hand tools and PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, steel-toe boots)
- Willingness to travel to job sites within the Florida region as needed
