Marine Outside Machinists - $120 Per Diem - $29/hr - Tampa, FL
HUTCO, INC. is seeking experienced Outside Machinists for full-time positions in Tampa, Florida. These roles involve skilled repair and construction work on marine vessels and related equipment. Ideal candidates will have strong shipyard experience and the ability to work in physically demanding environments, including confined spaces and at heights.
Perks & Benefits- $29.00 per hour wage
- $120.00 daily per diem for those who qualify
- Medical, prescription, dental, vision, short term disability, term life, and accidental death & dismemberment benefits available through Essential Staff Care
- Minimum 3 years shipyard experience
- Ability to pass a written test based on blueprint reading and measurements
- Must pass drug test and E-Verify
- Ability to obtain a Port Pass
- Must have own tools
- Ability to work in confined spaces and at heights
- Physical ability to manipulate and transport loads up to 50 pounds
- Ability to traverse gangways, scaffolding, uneven surfaces, and negotiate obstructions
- Ability to stoop, squat, twist, kneel, and reach as required
