Skilled Laborer​/Field Tech

Burgess Civil LLC is seeking a dependable and hardworking Skilled Laborer/Field Tech to join our exceptional construction teams (Pipe Crew, Road Crew, and Punch-Out Crew). The ideal candidate will have hands-on construction experience, familiarity with tools, and a strong work ethic.

Are you ready to change the game and join an incredible team? As a Field Technician, you will:

• Preparing construction sites, materials and tools.
• Loading and unloading of materials, tools and equipment.
• Removing debris, garbage, and dangerous materials from sites.
• Digging trenches, holes, and back filling areas as needed for construction.
• Assisting with laying pipes
• Following all health and safety regulations.
• And other duties assigned by the Foreman

• At least 1-2 years of experience
• Reliable transportation.
• All positions require that you travel to different locations based on business needs.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Ability to lift 50 or more pounds and ability to lift, carry, bend, crawl, squat, climb, kneel, push, pull, and crouch and able to stand for long period of time
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions and on different terrain types

Compensation will be based on experience.

Must be able to pass a drug test.
