We are seeking experienced Electricians to support our residential and commercial property portfolio.
This is a 1099 contractor role offering flexible, appointment-based scheduling. Work is assigned based on service calls, maintenance needs, and renovation projects, allowing you to accept jobs that fit your availability.
Responsibilities- Diagnose and repair electrical issues (wiring, outlets, breakers, panels, lighting, etc.)
- Install and upgrade electrical systems and components
- Perform service calls for tenant-occupied and vacant properties
- Support renovation and make‑ready projects
- Ensure all work meets local codes and safety standards
- Communicate job status, findings, and completion updates
- Valid electrician license (State of Florida or applicable certification)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Proven experience in residential and/or light commercial electrical work
- Must have your own tools and equipment
- Ability to diagnose, repair, and install electrical systems independently
- Knowledge of local electrical codes and safety standards
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and time management skills
- Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
