We're Giant Recreation World
, and we're hiring a full-time RV Service Technician to repair and maintain recreational vehicles for customers and dealerships in Winter Garden, FL.
- Pay: Flat-rate, depending on your experience and certifications

- Thoroughly inspecting RVs, diagnosing issues, and documenting your observations
- Communicating findings and service needs to the service manager
- Following manufacturer specifications and quality standards to repair plumbing, HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and structural systems
- Repairing components like generators, slide-outs, and other appliances
- Installing flooring, repairing doors/frames, and performing general carpentry services
- Winterizing and de-winterizing RVs
- Performing warranty repairs and maintaining documentation
- Maintaining a clean work environment and keeping your tools in good condition
- Participating in ongoing training sessions and covering Saturday shifts during peak season as needed
- Assisting in other areas as assigned

- Working knowledge of RV electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural systems and appliances
- Knowledge of general carpentry, mechanical repair, and troubleshooting techniques
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and repair documentation
- Ability to efficiently manage your time, meet productivity goals, and independently complete flat-rate work
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, diagnostic equipment, and testing devices
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic
- Effective communication, documentation, and customer service skills
- Commitment to safety, quality, and regulatory compliance
- High school degree or GED equivalent
- Willingness to work occasional Saturdays during peak periods
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 75 lbs. (with or without reasonable accommodation)
- Ability to stand, walk, kneel, crouch, climb, and reach for extended periods
- Ability to safely climb ladders, access RV roofs, work in confined spaces around moving mechanical equipment, and work outside in various weather conditions
- Ability to visually inspect components for defects or damage
- Manual dexterity for using tools and equipment
Our ideal RV Service Technician has 2+ years of experience in RV/auto repair, construction, or marine repair. Technical training, vocational education, or RVTI certification would be beneficial! Experience performing warranty repairs, pre-delivery inspections, and RV system troubleshooting would be a bonus.
Must have the ability to pass a background check.
