Commercial HVAC​/R Service Technician

We are looking for a skilled professional with at least three years of hands-on experience in the commercial HVAC/R field. Our team in Tampa, FL, is seeking a technician who can effectively troubleshoot, service, and fix various refrigeration and climate control units. You will be responsible for working with complex equipment, including walk-in coolers, display cases, and energy management systems.

Professional Qualifications

• A minimum of three years of dedicated experience working with commercial refrigeration and HVAC/R systems.
• Proficiency in managing refrigeration, electrical components, and microprocessor controls such as CPC, Novar, and Danfoss.
• Expertise in servicing ice machines, single systems, and various reach-in or walk-in refrigeration units.
• Demonstrate a high level of mechanical aptitude to ensure equipment runs at peak efficiency.
• Foster positive relationships by maintaining clear and professional communication with store staff.
• Possess a valid EPA Universal Certification.
• Successful completion of a comprehensive background check, including criminal, drug, and motor vehicle record screenings.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including climbing ladders and lifting equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Access to a company-provided service vehicle outfitted with GPS navigation.
• Provision of a fuel card for business-related travel.

Core Duties
