Join a group of passionate advocates on our mission to improve the lives of youth! Rite of Passage Team is hiring for a Transitional Service Coordinator at Tampa Bay Girls Academy in Tampa, Florida.
Tampa Bay Girls Academy – Secure is comprised of multiple co‑located residential commitment programs serving high‑risk and max‑risk female youth aged 12‑21. These programs provide services utilizing evidence‑based practices to offer comprehensive care, treatment, and supervision. Youth will also receive psychotherapeutic services, including individual, family, and group counseling.
Pay$50,000 yearly, paid bi‑weekly.

- Supervise a caseload of approximately 14-24 clients consisting of DOC clients and ROP Aftercare students.
- Provide transportation for clients to ensure program participation.
- Document all contacts and submit weekly reports to the Transitional Services Manager.
- Identify community contacts for tracking and monitoring client progress.
- Coordinate activities with other program staff and identify community contacts and opportunities for client employment.
- BA/BS in the field preferred.
- At least one year of experience working with at‑risk juveniles and their families or related experience.
- Must meet the requirements to be an eligible ROP driver.
- Must possess a current State Driver’s License and have an acceptable driving record for the past 3 years.
- Strong knowledge of overall company operations and policies and procedures.
- Ability to pass a critical background check, drug screen, physical and TB test.
