LPN; NIGHTS

Overview

Rite of Passage Team is hiring an LPN for the Night Shift at the Tampa Bay Girls Academy in Tampa, Florida
. This role is part of programs serving high-risk and maximum risk female youth aged 12-21. These programs use evidence-based practices to deliver comprehensive care, treatment, and supervision. Youth will also receive psychotherapeutic services, including individual, family, and group counseling.

• Provide care, supervision, and support within secure residential programs.
• Contribute to the delivery of comprehensive care and treatment using evidence-based practices.
• Support youth through psychotherapeutic services, including individual, family, and group counseling, as applicable to the role.

• Possess a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
• Licensed in the state of Florida.
• Strong clinical and analytical skills in assessing and addressing challenging behaviors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; effective collaboration with clients, families, and team members.
• Ability to adapt and customize behavior intervention programs to meet the unique needs of each individual.
• Must possess a current State Driver’s License and Insurance.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.
• Ability to pass a search of the child abuse central registry.

Position pays up to $30.00 per hour. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, company-paid life insurance within 90 days, 401(k) match up to 6% after 1 year, and paid time off that accrues from hire.
