Transition Services Coordinator

Les Peters Academy is a moderate‑risk residential commitment program for female youth aged 14 to 19. It provides comprehensive care, treatment, supervision, and evidence‑based intensive mental health services, including individual, family, and group counseling.

• Supervises a caseload of approximately 14–24 students.
• Assists with facilitating court hearings, Probation Officer visits, student visits, and/or home passes.
• Meets with students to review progress.
• Serves as primary program liaison between students, parents/legal guardians, and placing agency officials.
• Provides monthly progress notes and weekly student updates.
• Coordinates activities with other program staff.
• Participates in assessments and treatment plans.
• Reports to the Director of Student Services.

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check, drug screening, physical exam, and TB test.

Preferred:
Bachelor's or higher in Psychology or a related field.
