, Part Time or PRN, at Les Peters Youth Academy in Tampa, Florida
.

Les Peters Academy is a moderate-risk residential commitment program for female youth aged 14 to 19. This program provides youth with comprehensive care, treatment, supervision, and evidence-based intensive mental health services. Youth will also receive psychotherapeutic services, including individual, family, and group counseling, while in the program.

A youth’s length of stay is determined by the youth's assessed risk to reoffend, their progress in reducing applicable criminogenic needs and risk factors, and the completion of their individualized treatment plan.

$19 Per Hour

• Provide 24‑hour security and supervision to ensure the safety of our Youth.
• Monitor and document behaviors.
• Join the Youth during sports and recreation time.
• Assist and mentor the Youth as they learn and develop within the program.

• Possess a High School Diploma or GED.
• Have at least one year of experience working with at-risk youth in a direct care position, or 60 hours of college education.
• Possess a valid Driver’s License.

The position will be either Part‑time or PRN (as‑needed basis);
Full‑time would be considered.
