* As a Norwegian Linguist, you will play a critical role in driving success and innovation. Our work depends on a Norwegian Linguist joining our team to serve as a natively fluent language specialist with a Norwegian background to support a social media program in Tampa, FL. The preferred candidate will have native fluency in reading and writing Norwegian, with a thorough understanding of the region.

** HOW A NORWEGIAN LINGUIST WILL MAKE AN IMPACT*
* + Develops and maintains expertise with designated regional issues and draws upon publicly available online information resources.

+ Reads, analyzes, and drafts communications regarding regional and ideological discussions in specified foreign language media environments.

+ Examines current media statements or postings to support trend analysis and identifies key communicators.

+ Demonstrates reading and writing expertise in Norwegian and incorporates custom social media solutions to comprehend online environments and communicate trends effectively.

+ Supports operations planning and demonstrates knowledge of online social media and different technologies.

+ Documents activities, notes, informative papers, or whitepapers written in English.

+ May require the ability to work nonstandard hours and be on-call for periods of time.

+ Some travel may be required.

The likely salary range for this position is $77,350 - $104,650. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
