Join a group of passionate advocates on our mission to improve the lives of youth! Rite of Passage Team is hiring for a Transition Services Coordinator at Les Peters Youth Academy in Tampa, Florida. However, we are seeking applicants from the St. Petersburg, FL area as our site will be relocating.

Les Peters Academy is a moderate-risk residential commitment program for female youth aged 14 to 19. This program provides youth with comprehensive care, treatment, supervision, and evidence-based intensive mental health services. Youth will also receive psychotherapeutic services, including individual, family, and group counseling, while in the program.

What you will do:

As a Transition Services Coordinator, supervises a caseload of approximately 14-24 students. Assists with facilitating court hearings, Probation Officer visits, student visits, and/or home passes, and meeting with students to review progress. Primary program liaison between student, parents/legal guardian, and placing agency officials. Provides monthly progress notes and weekly student updates. Coordinates activities with other program staff. Participates in assessments and treatment plans.

This position reports to the Director of Student Services.

To be considered, you should:

• Have a bachelor's degree or better.
• Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screening, physical, and TB Test.
