Join a group of passionate advocates on our mission to improve the lives of youth! Rite of Passage Team is hiring for a Youth Care Worker, Part Time or PRN at Les Peters Youth Academy in Tampa, Florida
.

Les Peters Academy is a moderate‑risk residential commitment program for female youth aged 14 to 19. The program provides youth with comprehensive care, treatment, supervision, and evidence‑based intensive mental health services. Youth will also receive psychotherapeutic services, including individual, family, and group counseling while in the program.

$19 per Hour

• Provide 24‑hour security and supervision to always ensure the safety of our Youth.
• Monitor and document behaviors.
• Join the Youth during sports and recreation time.
• Assist and mentor the youth while they learn and develop within the program.

• Possess a High School Diploma or GED.
• Have at least one year of experience working with at‑risk youth in a direct care position, or 60 hours of college education.
• Possess a valid Driver’s License.

This position will be either Part‑time or PRN (as‑needed basis). Full‑time would be considered.
