As a member of the Student Services Department, the Recreational Manager will provide daily recreational and leisure activities that are physically challenging, educational, and constructive for youth. The role reports to the Clinical Director and includes scheduling staff, supervising programs, ensuring safety, and collaborating with treatment teams.
Qualifications- BA/BS degree in therapeutic recreation or related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in recreational or therapeutic settings.
- Knowledge of Positive Operation Culture and therapeutic approaches.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire staff and students.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively serve students.
