Community Life Advisor

Metropolitan Ministries, Inc. seeks a compassionate Community Life Advisor for 3rd shift to support residents in our faith-based homeless services programs. You will monitor safety and security overnight, perform regular room and welfare checks, and respond calmly to crises or conflicts. Responsibilities include enforcing community guidelines, documenting incidents, and providing respectful, trauma-informed support. You'll collaborate with case managers and volunteers to ensure a clean, stable, and caring environment that promotes dignity, hope, and long-term stability for individuals and families in crisis.
